The Pathways Report lets Admins track overall member progress through a Learning Pathway so you can confirm members are on pace to complete the Pathway and intervene when they fall behind. Pathway Report

Overview

Where a Product Report focuses on a single Program, the Pathways Report sits one level up and shows progress across the full Pathway. Use it to monitor cohort-wide momentum, spot stalled members, and confirm the sequencing of Programs is producing the completion rate you expected.

Before you start

  • You need Admin access to view a Pathways Report.
  • A member must be registered for the Pathway to appear in the report.
  • Reports update in real time.

Open a Pathways Report

You can reach a Pathways Report from inside the Pathway itself or from the Admin area.

From inside a Pathway

  1. Navigate to the Pathway you want to report on.
  2. Open the overflow icon and select Reports from the dropdown menu.

From the Admin area

  1. Go to the Admin area.
  2. Select InsightsPathways.
  3. Choose the Pathway you want to report on from the dropdown selector.

What’s in a Pathways Report

The Pathways Report surfaces the metrics you need to understand momentum across the Pathway.
  • Total number of members registered for the Pathway.
  • Number of members active in the Pathway in the last 7 days.
  • Average completion rate across the Pathway.
  • Distribution of current member progress across the Programs and Pathway groups inside the Pathway.
For per-member detail, open AdminInsightsMembersPrograms tab.

Per-member Pathway data

The Programs tab on the Member Report shows the following for each Pathway a member is enrolled in.
  • Enrollment date in the Pathway.
  • Current progress at the time of viewing.
  • Engagement score.
  • Last active date.
  • Time spent.
POV: Use the Pathways Report as a leading indicator and the Member Report’s Programs tab as the follow-up. The Pathways Report tells you the cohort is slipping. The Member Report’s Programs tab tells you which members to outreach and where they got stuck.
